New Beginnings Training and Education, Inc. (NBTE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to training development for Marriages, Families and Christian Counseling.
NBTE was established in 2004 as a vision from Maurice and Dr. Monica T. Hill with the mission of improving relationships and preparing people to serve out their life purpose. Dr. Monica T. Hill serves as the CEO for NBTE. The organization is managed by Dr. Hill, a board of Directors and Program Directors for each of our five programs.
The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.

corporate philosophy
The philosophy for the corporation is to develop training programs that integrate Theology, Psychology and Physiology into every day life for marriages, families and Christian Counselors. This will enable the relationships to reflect the image of Christ in Spirit, Mind and Body. The reflection of Christ will draw others into inquiring what has made the relationship successful.

Our goal is to make an impact on the clients we serve and their immediate family so that they can impact their community; impacts to the community will have an impact on our nation.
